Warsaw got themselves on the board against Lexington on Saturday, but Lexington never followed suit. They blew past the Minutemen 18-0. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won four matches by ten runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Warsaw and bumps their season record up to 4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 runs in those games. As for Lexington, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Warsaw wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 6-5 defeat against Odessa on the 29th. As for Lexington, they will head out to face off against Lathrop at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
