It's playoff time, and Cactus had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Poston Butte Broncos with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Cobras, who have now won six matchups in a row.

Cactus never let Poston Butte on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 27-25.

Among those leading the charge was Faith Connell, who had 14 digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last six contests.

They weren't the only good servers: Cactus was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least nine aces in four consecutive matches.

Poston Butte lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Aracely Pi?a, who had ten assists and seven digs. Another player making a difference was Milana Thiel, who had eight digs and four assists.

Cactus' record is now 21-3. As for Poston Butte, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-22 record this season.

As of now, neither Cactus nor Poston Butte have any future games scheduled.
