Basketball Recap: Southern Lab Takes a Loss

Southern Lab was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 69-54 fall against the Central Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Kittens of the 57-49 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2023.

Southern Lab's loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Southern Lab will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Ponchatoula at 6:00 p.m. on December 2. As for Central, they will welcome Hammond at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
