There's no place like home for Grand Ledge, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They blew past the Holt Rams 3-0 on Thursday. The Comets haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Grand Ledge never let Holt on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-14, 25-22.

Kamsi Iweajunwa paced Grand Ledge's offense, picking up 14 kills. Iweajunwa got some help from Avery Klopp and her 27 assists.

Grand Ledge's win bumped their record up to 13-14-1. As for Holt, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-19.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Grand Ledge will face off against rival Waverly at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Holt is set to square off against their familiar foe Everett at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
