After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Jenks, Sapulpa was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Coweta Tigers. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Chieftains as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Sapulpa's win bumped their record up to 12-14. As for Coweta, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-19.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sapulpa will square off against Bartlesville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Coweta, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cascia Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
