Cuthbertson's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They put the hurt on A.L. Brown with a sharp 8-0 victory. Considering the Cavaliers have won nine contests by more than seven runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Parkwood made easy work of Central Academy on Wednesday and carried off a 13-5 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolf Pack.

Cuthbertson's victory bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Parkwood, their win bumped their record up to 8-12.

Everything went Cuthbertson's way against Parkwood in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as Cuthbertson made off with a 16-1 victory. Will the Cavaliers repeat their success, or do the Wolf Pack have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
