Volleyball Recap: Randolph Cardinals vs. Stanton Mustangs
Randolph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Stanton Mustangs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cardinals of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-15.
Randolph's defeat dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Stanton, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-9.
Coincidentally, both will both be playing Bancroft-Rosalie the next time they take the court. Randolph will head out to face Bancroft-Rosalie at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Stanton will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
