Basketball Recap: Schley County Wildcats vs. Marion County Eagles
Schley County was the 49-43 winner over Marion County when they last played one another last Monday, but their luck changed this time around. The Schley County Wildcats were just a bucket shy of victory on Thursday and fell 40-39 to the Marion County Eagles. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Schley County saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jamesen Hollomon dropped a double-double with 16 points and 11 boards. Schley County's defeat dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Marion County, their record now sits at 13-11.
