Basketball Recap: Booker T. Washington Now 10-2 over Last 12 Games

It's playoff time, and Booker T. Washington had no trouble coming through when it counted. They managed a 60-55 win over the Pine Forest Eagles on Wednesday. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 44-34 win back in January.

Booker T. Washington's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Adam Griffin led the charge by almost dropping a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds. The dominant performance gave Griffin a new career-high in boards. Pierce Bizerra was another key player, dropping a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds.

Booker T. Washington is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season. As for Pine Forest, their loss dropped their record down to 11-14.
