Football Recap: Pine Takes a Loss

Pine fell victim to Lincoln Park Academy and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a 15-0 bruising from the Greyhounds. The defeat leaves the Knights still looking for their first win of the season.

Lincoln Park Academy found their leader in sophomore Olivia Lormejuste, who rushed for 81 yards and a pair of scores on only seven carries.

Pine's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Lincoln Park Academy, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Pine has already played their next game, a 53-0 defeat against Somerset Academy - Canyons on the 9th. As for Lincoln Park Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 28-6 loss against John Carroll Catholic on the 7th.
