Baseball Recap: Anderson County Comes Up Short

Anderson County lost against Male back in April of 2015, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bearcats fell 8-3 to the Bulldogs.

Anderson County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season. As for Male, their victory ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-11.

Coming up, Anderson County will head out on the road to take on Southern at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Male, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Jeffersonville at 6:00 p.m.
