Softball Recap: Hartford Has No Trouble Against Fond Du Lac

Hartford won the last time they faced Fond du Lac and things went their way on Saturday too. The Orioles put the hurt on the Cardinals with a sharp 11-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Orioles, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Hartford and bumps their season record up to 15-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Fond du Lac, their loss dropped their record down to 13-8.

Coincidentally, Hartford and Fond du Lac will both be playing Oconomowoc the next time they take the field. The Orioles will host the Raccoons at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Cardinals will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
