Volleyball Recap: Maspeth Takes a Loss

Maspeth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of East-West School of International Studies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against East-West School of International Studies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in March.

Maspeth's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for East-West School of International Studies, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Maspeth didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Academy of American Studies on the 24th. As for East-West School of International Studies, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Information Tech on the 24th.
