Basketball Recap: Keystone Heights Extends Winning Streak to Four

Keystone Heights strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 39-34 W against Baldwin. While Keystone Heights didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Among those leading the charge was Rigby Morford, who posted eight points in addition to eight rebounds and seven blocks. Those seven blocks gave her a new career-high. Daisy Hubbard was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with nine points and 13 boards.

Keystone Heights' victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Baldwin, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coming up, Keystone Heights will host West Nassau at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Baldwin, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 30-29 loss against Wolfson on the 8th.
