Woodhaven and Anderson pushed the score to  17-3 the last time they played Anderson, but  on Thursday defenses reigned supreme. The Warriors' pitcher stepped up to hand the Titans  a   3-0 shutout. The  win was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on seven straight.
The result came thanks to  Natilee Pridemore's shutout, as she gave up just two  hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in six consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side, Woodhaven's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Brooklynn Bartos, who  went 1-for-3 with one  triple, one  stolen base,  and one  run. Bartos has been hot recently, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last three times she's  played. Another  was  Ariel Krueger, who  went 1-for-3 with one  triple and one  run.
Woodhaven pushed their record up to 22-4 with the  win, which was their third straight  at home. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Anderson, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-11 record  this season.

Meanwhile,  Anderson will  take on  Clarenceville  at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday with a big rank  advantage  (168 vs. 505).
