Bucklin-Macon County extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Ebony Winn. The Bucklin-Macon County Bulldogs walked away with a 42-32 win over the Northwestern Eagles on Thursday thanks in part to Winn, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 14 boards. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Alexis Jones, who posted three points and eight steals. She is becoming a predictor of Bucklin-Macon County's success: when she posts at least five steals the team is undefeated (and 5-8 when she doesn't).

Bucklin-Macon County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.1 points over those games. As for Northwestern, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Coming up, Bucklin-Macon County will face off against Bevier at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Northwestern does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
