Soccer Recap: South Effingham Falls to Evans in First Game of Season

South Effingham unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 4-0 to the Evans Knights on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Knights: they've now lost five in a row.

Coming up, South Effingham will square off against Southeast Bulloch at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Evans, they will face off against Douglas County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
