Softball Recap: Maria Regina Takes a Loss

Maria Regina had taken Cardinal Spellman down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Wednesday. The Tigers fell 14-10 to the Pilots. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pilots apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Maria Regina's record is now 0-2. As for Cardinal Spellman, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Coincidentally, Maria Regina and Cardinal Spellman will both be playing Archbishop Molloy the next time they take the field. The Pilots will head out to face the Stanners at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on the 15th.
