Basketball Game Preview: Providence Pioneers vs. Switzerland County Pacers

The Providence Pioneers are taking a road trip to take on the Switzerland County Pacers at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Providence is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Delta just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 45-26 bruising from the Eagles. The match marked the Pioneers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Switzerland County escaped with a win on Saturday against East Central by the margin of a single free throw, 47-46.

Providence better keep an eye on Cam Craig. He was instrumental in Switzerland County's win, going 10 of 17 en route to 27 points and five rebounds. Craig's morning made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Switzerland County's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Providence, their loss dropped their record down to 6-1.
