Port Huron Northern won against New Haven on Tuesday with 16 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Huskies beat the L'Anse Creuse Lancers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 16-1. The win was familiar territory for the Huskies, who have now won six matches in a row.

Port Huron Northern's victory bumped their record up to 7-1-1. As for L'Anse Creuse, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Port Huron Northern will head out to face off against Warren Woods-Tower at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Titans have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.44 runs per game on average), something the Huskies will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for L'Anse Creuse, they are taking a road trip to take on Cass Tech at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
