Softball Recap: Valencia Comes Up Short

Valencia fell victim to Farmington and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 17-0 to the Scorpions. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Jaguars were not able to get on the board.

Valencia now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Farmington, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3-1 record this season.

Valencia didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 15-9 victory against Bloomfield on the 21st. As for Farmington, they will take on Aztec in a tournament on Saturday.
