Lincoln Charter won the last time they faced Mountain Island Charter and things went their way on Friday too. The Lincoln Charter Eagles sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 win over the Mountain Island Charter Raptors.

Lincoln Charter's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Mountain Island Charter, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lincoln Charter will square off against Bradford Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bradford Prep is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 13.5 runs per game this season. As for Mountain Island Charter, they will face off against Christ the King at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Christ the King will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Mountain Island Charter surely won't give up without a fight.
