Valley Falls strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They never let the Pleasant Ridge Rams get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since April 29, 2024, but that streak is no more.

Matt Stapp made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one hit in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Trenten VanHoutan, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 5-for-5. Grant Meyer also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
