Penobscot Valley is a perfect 3-0 against Jonesport-Beals since October of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Howlers will welcome the Royals at 4:00 p.m. Jonesport-Beals took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Penobscot Valley, who comes in off a win.

Penobscot Valley's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Machias. The result was nothing new for Penobscot Valley, who have now won four matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Jonesport-Beals was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 5-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of Narraguagus. The match was a 3-3 toss-up at halftime, but Jonesport-Beals couldn't quite close it out.

Penobscot Valley's win bumped their record up to 7-2-1. As for Jonesport-Beals, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-1.

Penobscot Valley came out on top in a nail-biter against Jonesport-Beals when the teams last played back in September, sneaking past 3-2. Do the Howlers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Royals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
