Basketball Game Preview: North Harford Hawks vs. Harford Christian

North Harford is 8-1 against Harford Christian since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. Having just played yesterday, the North Harford Hawks will head out on the road to face off against Harford Christian at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Monday, North Harford lost to Bel Air on the road by a 76-59 margin. While the Hawks didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Bobcats 16-12 in the first quarter.

North Harford might have lost, but man, DEMETRIOUS DENSMORE was a machine: he went 5 for 9 en route to 11 points and eight steals. DENSMORE has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last eight times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of ZACH MULLINS, who posted four points.

Meanwhile, Harford Christian ended up a good deal behind Avon Grove Charter on Monday and lost 52-34. Harford Christian hasn't had much luck with Avon Grove Charter recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Harford Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for North Harford, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season.

North Harford beat Harford Christian 65-52 in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for North Harford since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
