Soccer Recap: Celebration Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Celebration kept a clean sheet against Lake Mary on Monday. They skirted past the Lake Mary Rams 1-0. Armando Fonseca Monslalve had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Storm.

The win was the third in a row for Celebration, bringing their record for this year to 5-1-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those three matches. As for Lake Mary, they now have a losing record at 3-4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Celebration will venture away from home to face off against Montverde Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Celebration is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.7 goals per game this season. As for Lake Mary, they will head out to challenge Lake Brantley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lake Mary's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
