Basketball Recap: Wilton Comes Up Short

Wilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Ridgefield Tigers, falling 52-29. The Warriors were not able to make up for their loss to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in January of 2025.

Wilton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Ridgefield, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Wilton will face off against rival Westhill at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Ridgefield is set to square off against their familiar foe Greenwich at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
