Volleyball Recap: Harrison Huskies vs. Pelham Memorial Pelicans
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rye, Harrison was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Pelham Memorial Pelicans as the Harrison Huskies made off with a 3-0 win. The Huskies have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pelicans, too.
Harrison walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-11, 25-18, 25-19.
The win got Harrison back to even at 6-6. As for Pelham Memorial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.
Harrison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Byram Hills on the 16th. As for Pelham Memorial, they will host Rye at 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
