Basketball Recap: Crittenden County Takes a Loss

Crittenden County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 24th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Union County Braves, falling 79-24. Having soared to a lofty 60 points in the game before, the Rockets couldn't push the score so high this time.

Crittenden County's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Union County, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Crittenden County will take on Hopkinsville at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Union County, they will face off against Henderson County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Union County knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Henderson County likes a good challenge.
