Basketball Recap: Pine Island Gets the Win

For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 55-36 victory the Cougars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.

Pine Island won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Cannon Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Cannon Falls will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Pine Island surely won't give up without a fight. As for Zumbrota-Mazeppa, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll face off against Cotter at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
