Soccer Recap: Clarke Central Takes a Loss

Clarke Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Loganville Red Devils. If Clarke Central were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to Loganville when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Clarke Central's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Loganville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clarke Central will venture away from home to face off against Lakeside at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Loganville, they will head out to square off against Jackson County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
