Telluride has gone a perfect 10-0 against Norwood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Miners will host the Mavericks at 4:00 p.m.

Telluride came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to Ignacio. The Miners have struggled against the Bobcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-15, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Norwood hadn't done well against Dove Creek recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Mavericks blew past the Bulldogs 3-0. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Mavericks this season.

Norwood never let Dove Creek on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-16, 25-23.

Telluride's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Norwood, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 4-9.

Telluride took their victory against Norwood when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Miners have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mavericks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
