Basketball Recap: Red Mountain Skates Past Kofa with Ease

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hamilton, Red Mountain was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They breezed past the Kofa Kings to the tune of 66-37. That's more bragging rights for the Mountain Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Red Mountain now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Kofa, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Red Mountain will take on Desert Ridge in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Kofa, they will be home for the holidays to greet Marana at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Kings' defense better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 55.2 points per game this season.
