Juneau-Douglas had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Ketchikan Kings as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Juneau-Douglas' got stronger as the match went on, holding Ketchikan to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-19, 25-16.

Leading Juneau-Douglas to victory were Brie Powers and Lavinia Ma'Ake. Powers had 13 assists and four digs, while Ma'Ake had 11 kills, nine digs, and two aces. That's the most aces Ma'Ake has posted over her last six matches.

Juneau-Douglas' win bumped their record up to 25-18-7. As for Ketchikan, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-20-4.
