Wheatmore has gone 6-1 against Ledford recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Warriors will head out to challenge the Panthers at 6:15 p.m. Ledford took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Wheatmore, who comes in off a win.

While Wheatmore didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 3-1 win over East Davidson on Thursday. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Golden Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Wheatmore was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-23, 23-25, 25-18.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Ledford's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Randleman.

Ledford's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Wheatmore, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.

Wheatmore couldn't quite get it done against Ledford in their previous matchup back in September of 2023 as they fell 3-1. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
