Volleyball Recap: Atlantic Takes a Loss

Atlantic's tournament run continued when they took on Crystal River on Saturday. The Sharks took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pirates.

Atlantic was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Crystal River work for it, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-12.

Atlantic has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-9 record this season. As for Crystal River, their victory ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 7-9.

Coming up, Atlantic will face off against Seabreeze at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Crystal River, they will take on Lecanto at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
