Isabella Wirt Game Report: vs Bland County

Galax came out on top against Bland County on Wednesday thanks in part to Isabella Wirt's efforts. Nobody could stop Wirt as she scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Those runs marked the first that she scored this season.

Coming up, Wirt and Galax will take on Grayson County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Maroon Tide have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since April of 2019, but a win here would be a good start.
