Hamilton strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They strolled past the Fayette County Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 38-21. The Aggies have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Hamilton's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mason Holloway, who threw for 208 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 17 passes, and also punched in one score on the ground. The Aggies' leading receiver Christian Shipp was Holloway's top target yet again, picking up 154 receiving yards and one TD.

Hamilton's run defense was locked in: Fayette County could only muster three yards per carry. The Aggies' ground attack was stronger, having averaged 4.3.

Despite the loss, Fayette County still got an impressive performance from Maurice Harris, who rushed for 70 yards and a pair of scores. The Tigers also got help from Payton Reynolds, who showed off his sure hands for 95 receiving yards.

Hamilton's record now sits at 10-0. As for Fayette County, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-4.

Hamilton will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Ashville at 7:00 p.m. on November 7. Fayette County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
