Volleyball Game Preview: Wilson Wildcats vs. Rowland Raiders + How To Watch

Wilson hasn't had much luck against Rowland recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Wildcats will head out to challenge the Raiders at 5:00 p.m. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Wilson will bounce into Wednesday's contest after beating Charter Oak, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. The Wildcats won by a set and slipped past the Chargers 3-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Wilson who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-14, 24-26, 25-20, 16-25, 15-13.

Meanwhile, Rowland sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Covina on Monday.

The win got Wilson back to even at 12-12. As for Rowland, their victory bumped their record up to 10-12.

Wilson came up short against Rowland in their previous matchup two weeks ago, falling 3-1. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
