Basketball Recap: Mount Pleasant Takes a Loss

Mount Pleasant lost against Union Academy back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mount Pleasant Tigers received a blow as they fell 58-43 to the Union Academy Cardinals.

Mount Pleasant's defeat dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Union Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-1.

Mount Pleasant does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Union Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Monroe at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
