It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Benjamin Franklin can now relate to. They took a 52-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Palo Verde Titans.

Despite the loss, Benjamin Franklin still got an impressive performance from Landon Christensen, who shot 47% from the field on his way to 22 points. The last time Christensen's shooting accuracy was this high was back in January. Another player making a difference was Talan Speir, who posted 11 points.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Palo Verde to victory, but perhaps none more so than Daniel Ortiz, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 16 boards. With that strong performance, Ortiz is now averaging an impressive 8.1 rebounds per game. Kameron Pippen was another key player, going 6-for-10 to rack up 16 points.

Benjamin Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 26-5. As for Palo Verde, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-5 record this season.
