Baseball Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

Jordan fell victim to Albert Lea and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hubmen / Jaguars of the 1-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in June of 2023.

This is the second loss in a row for Jordan and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for Albert Lea, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.

Looking ahead, Jordan will challenge St. Peter at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Saints will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Hubmen / Jaguars surely won't give up without a fight. As for Albert Lea, they will square off against Faribault at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
