Volleyball Recap: Hanson Beavers vs. Kimball/White Lake Wildkats
Hanson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Kimball/White Lake Wildkats. The Beavers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildkats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.
Hanson actually scored more points across those five sets (108-91), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 18-25, 8-25, 25-23, 15-13.
Hanson's record is now 5-15. As for Kimball/White Lake, with the victory, they broke their six-match losing streak and moved their record to 4-15.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hanson will welcome Parker on Tuesday. As for Kimball/White Lake, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Chamberlain at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
