Volleyball Game Preview: Molokai Farmers vs. Seabury Spartans

Molokai is 1-9 against Seabury since September of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Farmers will welcome the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Molokai took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Maui Prep, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Farmers won by a set and slipped past the Pueo 3-2. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since August 14th, but that streak is no more.

Meanwhile, Seabury waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They blew past Haleakala Waldorf 3-0.

Seabury's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Molokai, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.

Molokai couldn't quite get it done against Seabury in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Farmers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
