Dunedin barely beat Countryside the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Falcons blew past the Cougars 3-0 on Wednesday. The victory was nothing new for the Falcons as they're now sitting on three straight.

Dunedin not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Countryside between 18 and 21 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-21, 25-19.

Gabriela Vranic paced Dunedin's offense, picking up 11 kills. Vranic were helped by Emmorie Barnes and Isobel Maclean-Eltham, who contributed eight assists each. Barnes was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Dunedin's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Countryside, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Dunedin has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Northeast on the 28th. Countryside has also already played their next match (against Gibbs), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
