Lodi never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They blew past the Kimball Jaguars 11-0. The Flames might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 contests by six runs or more this season.

Ashlyn Jubrey was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 13 over five innings pitched. Jubrey was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.

In other batting news, Abby Schweigerdt was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI and one run. Taylor Blank was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Lodi was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kimball only posted a batting average of .200.

Lodi has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Kimball, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-11.

Lodi didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-0 win against Tokay on the 8th. As for Kimball, they will square off against Granite Bay at 4:00 p.m. on the 14th. The Jaguars are facing the Grizzlies at the right time seeing as the Grizzlies are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
