Temple Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 67-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of Dallas Christian Academy. On the bright side, the 59- point effort marked the Eagles' highest-scoring contest to date.

Temple Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Miles Page and Cadent McGraw. Page shot 47% from the field on his way to 23 points and eight boards, while McGraw went 8-for-20 en route to 22 points and eight rebounds. That was a full 39% of the Eagles' points, marking the third time in a row Page has posted more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Drew Anderson, who scored three points along with eight rebounds and three steals.

Temple Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Dallas Christian Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Temple Christian will take on All S in a holiday battle at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dallas Christian Academy, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Texas Institute at 7:00 p.m. on February 10, 2026.
