Softball Recap: Dublin Lions vs. De Leon Bearcats
Dublin extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 18 on Tuesday, dropping them down to 0-2. They fell 18-14 to the De Leon Bearcats. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (11), the Lions still had to take the loss.
Kaylee Hayes made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in all five of her plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Tylor Nail was another key player, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.
