Mission got themselves on the board against Juarez-Lincoln on Tuesday, but Juarez-Lincoln never followed suit. Everything went their way against the Juarez-Lincoln Huskies as they made off with a 14-0 win. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.
Judith Arroyo made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over five innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
In other batting news, Ilia Fiscal and Pamela Avalos did most of the damage at the plate: Fiscal scored three runs while going 2-for-3, while Avalos scored two runs while going 1-for-2. Another player making a difference was Aleyda Reyes, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
