Mount Olive and West Morris Central are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2015, but likely not for long. The Marauders will host the Wolfpack at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.

On Saturday, Mount Olive didn't have quite enough to beat Delbarton and fell 3-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Marauders in their meetings with the Green Wave: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, West Morris Central sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Roxbury on Saturday. The Wolfpack haven't had any issues with the Gaels recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

West Morris Central's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-5. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for Mount Olive, their loss dropped their record down to 13-6.

Mount Olive came out on top in a nail-biter against West Morris Central in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, sneaking past 6-5. Do the Marauders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wolfpack turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
